Human being is the only piece of art that in their uniqueness may create art from themselves. Catharsis produced by its own locomotion will be transformed into different colours, like those in paintings and images. Thus, the aim of those workshops oriented in the contemporary dance technique will be mainly focused on the introduction of several concepts compelled by such an artistic discipline, id est, the movement will be used as the voice of each one's body. Workshop „Body Expression through Contemporary Dance” might be useful for everyone, even those, who have never danced in their life.
