Analog hype

Discussion with Dr Florian Kaps, the protagonist of “An Impossible Project”, dir. Jens Meurer Kjeldsen

Language: English with a Polish interpreter

Dr Florian “Doc” Kaps, an eccentric Viennese biologist fascinated by analog media, is the visionary who saved the last Polaroid factory in the world from bankruptcy—but he’s not great at running a business. The factory was bought by Polish millionaire Wiaczesław Smołokowski and Kaps had to leave the company he’d founded. Doc went on to revive other pearls of analog technology: vinyl players, landline phones, printing presses… If you’re a fan of traditional media despite the abundance of digital innovation, you can’t miss this event!
