Helene Thyrsted is a student and body positivity activist from Aarhus, Denmark. She has been tirelessly campaigning for body acceptance in Denmark and throughout Scandinavia for 5 years. Thyrsted works against fat shaming and maintains _chubbydane, a popular Instagram profile repeatedly closed down by administrators due to her scantily clad photos. Helene’s mission also takes her to schools and organizations, where she holds debates to promote the liberation of bodies from the pressure of unrealistic beauty standards.
