City Docs: What is the Constitution for? following the screening of THE FIGHT, dir. Eli Despres, Josh Kriegman, Elyse Steinberg
Language: Polish
Our City Docs cycle thoroughly examines the most pressing problems of the modern world, combating myths and seeking solutions. The special festival edition of the event will focus on the rule of law. “The Fight”, a look at the courtroom battles between American Civil Liberties Union lawyers and the Trump administration, will serve as the starting point of the debate. Are the situations depicted in the movie relevant to our legal reality? Is Polish democracy under threat? How can we exercise and retain our rights? A group of legal experts will discuss these issues with the attendees.
